To showcase the versatility of our Vinegar-Bar condiments, we’ve created a three-course vegetarian menu that includes a non-alcoholic cocktail, an appetiser, a main course, and a dessert. Each recipe highlights the unique flavours of our condiments that will impress your guests.

Non-alcoholic Cocktail
First, we propose a non-alcoholic Gin and Tonic cocktail. This simple yet refreshing drink is made with:
- 25 ml Balsam GIN-TONIC,
- 150 ml tonic water,
- a squeeze of fresh lime juice,
- a sprig of mint,
- ice
Mix all the ingredients in a glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge. The mint and lime juice provide a fresh and invigorating flavour, perfect for a hot summer day. This cocktail is easy to make and can be enjoyed by everyone, making it a great option for parties and gatherings.
The Balsam GIN-TONIC adds a tart and refreshing touch to this non-alcoholic version of a classic gin and tonic.

Appetizer
For the appetizer, we propose Amaretto Brussels Sprouts. To prepare this dish, you’ll need:
- 500g Brussels sprouts,
- 30ml Balsam AMARETTO,
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
- a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Start by trimming the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cutting them in half. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Toss with Balsam AMARETTO and serve as an appetiser. Balsam Amaretto gives the dish a subtle sweetness and almond flavour that pairs perfectly with the full-bodied flavour of the sprouts. This dish is simple to prepare and can be enjoyed as an appetiser or main course.

Main Course
For the main course, we suggest Grilled Eggplant with Spritz. This dish is made with:
- 1 eggplant,
- 30ml Balsam SPRITZ,
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
- and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Cut the eggplant into 1cm-thick slices, so you can grill them to perfection. Brush them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the eggplant slices on a griddle for 2-3 minutes per side. Drizzle with Balsam SPRITZ for a fresh flavour and unique lightness.

Desserts
Finally, for dessert, we offer a Limoncino Berry Salad, a perfect option for those who want something simple, flavorful, and refreshing. This dish is made with:
- 500g mixed berries,
- 30ml Balsam LIMONCINO,
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
Mix them with the sugar and Limoncino Balsam. Serve as a dessert or as a topping for ice cream. Balsam LIMONCINO adds a vibrant, citrusy flavour to fresh berries. This dish, besides being easy to prepare, can also be enjoyed standing up, making it a great option for parties, gatherings, and events.
