25 years PDO

The PDO Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a world-renowned product of excellent quality. Made by cooking the must of local grapes, it requires a complex preparation and is aged in barrels of precious wood for no less than 12 years. In compliance with the relevant directive, it is sold in the typical 100 ml rounded bottle. It is also available in the Extravecchio version (aged for 25 years). The strong taste is ideal on vegetables, white and red meats, fish, shellfish, cheese and fruit salads.
