Balsamic Vinegar of Modena – 1 gold medal ORGANIC

This PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the product of what nature offers, to ensure a healthy and fertile production. It is made from the products of the earth in the Modena area, following seasonality and complying with Italian and European laws on organic products. At the same time, it preserves the traditional production methods which require a masterly blend of wine vinegar, cooked grape must and concentrated grape must.  With its deep brown colour, persistent scent, sweet and sour and balanced taste, it is ideal for salads, crudités, fish, white and red meat, shellfish and omelets.
