Balsamic Vinegar of Modena – ACETAIA 3 gold medals (box)

The Acetaia range includes four varieties of PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with different intensities. Each has been created for specific food pairings: from Acetaia 1 Coin, ideal for delicate dishes such as vegetables or marinated meat or fish, to Acetaia 5 Coins, perfect on grilled meat and cheese.  All products are made from cooked grape must and wine vinegar and have the typical deep brown colour, as well as a persistent scent, and a sweet and sour, balanced taste.
