With precious packaging, Mussini’s Balsamic Vinegar of Modena – AGED captures the eye, even the untrained one, even when placed in the middle of other balsamic products.
Like all our other vinegars, also this product of intermediate quality mostly composed of musts of selected grapes, is created following the cookbook of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Consortium, which requires the blending of only certified raw materials and the ageing in special oak barrels.

Ideal for: vegetables, premium meats or mature cheeses. Its delicate acidity pairs well also with mozzarella or soft cheeses.
