Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from Organic Grapes is obtained by blending cooked grape must with wine vinegars exclusively from organic farming. The product is aged in oak barrels used solely for the ageing of Organic Balsamic Vinegar. It is a product with good body and excellent flavour, with caressing and lingering taste. The good quality of this vinegar is mainly due to the high quality of the grapes and vinegar used, all Italian.
