Made from a masterly blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar, Vecchio Ducato has the classic dark brown colour, a persistent scent and a pleasantly sweet and sour taste. In the 1 Coin version, it is ideal with raw vegetables and to marinate meat and fish. The 2 Coins version goes well with white and red meat and omelets, while the 3 Coins vinegar can also be paired with grilled meat and cheese.
