In a very elegant small bottle there is our family’s traditional Condiment made of 100% acetified cooked must, aged in barrels for a long time, premium, dense and with a very rich brown colour. It has a well-balanced bitter-sweet flavour. Excellent at the end of the meal as a digestive, just a soupçon is enough.
