The products in this line are made from a masterly blend of 90% PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, cooked grape must and wine vinegar. They present a pleasant acidity, a harmonious and delicate bouquet of flavours and the taste is sweet and smooth. The Taste of Modena dressings are available in 4 versions with growing density and viscosity (from 7 to 15) and can be combined with the most varied dishes: from salads to grilled meat and fruit desserts.
