White Sweet and Sour Condiment EMOTION n°12 stands out for its transparent gold colour, kept to satisfy customers who don’t use wine vinegar because of its sour body and who don’t appreciate the dark droplets of balsamic vinegar on their dishes. Due to its pleasant bitter-sweet balance it is ideal to marinate meat and fish, on cooked and raw vegetables, soft and young cheeses but it is also excellent with white meat.
