To showcase the versatility of our Vinegar-Bar dressings, we’ve put together a three-course vegetarian menu featuring one non-alcoholic cocktail, one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert. Each recipe highlights the unique flavor profiles of our dressings and is sure to impress your guests.

First up, we propose alcohol-free Gin-Tonic cocktail. This simple yet refreshing drink is made of:

  • 100 ml of Balsam Gin-Tonic, 
  • 150 ml of tonic water, 
  • a squeeze of fresh lime juice,
  • a sprig of mint
  • ice

     

Simply mix all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. The mint and lime juice give it a fresh and invigorating flavor that is perfect for a hot summer day. This non-alcoholic cocktail is easy to make and can be enjoyed by everyone, making it a great option for both parties and business gatherings. Balsam Gin-Tonic adds a tangy and refreshing twist to this non-alcoholic version of a classic gin and tonic.

For the appetizer, we propose Amaretto Brussels Sprouts. To make this dish, you’ll need:

  • 500g of Brussels sprouts, 
  • 30ml of Balsam Amaretto, 
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil,
  • a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

     

Start by trimming the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cutting them in half. Then, toss them with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast them in the oven at 180 degrees C° for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly charred. Once they are finished, toss them with the Balsam Amaretto dressing and serve as an appetizer. The Balsam Amaretto gives the dish a hint of sweetness and a nutty flavor that pairs perfectly with the earthy taste of the Brussels sprouts. The dish is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed as a starter or a side dish. 

For the main course, we propose Grilled Eggplant with Spritz. This dish is made by:

  • 1 eggplant, 
  • 30ml of Balsam Spritz, 
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil,
  • and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

     

Start by slicing the eggplant into 1cm thick slices. Then, brush them with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the eggplant slices on a BBQ or stovetop grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Once they are finished, toss them with the Balsam Spritz, giving it a unique and flavorful taste and serve as a main course. The Balsam Spritz dressing adds a refreshing and light flavor to the smoky grilled eggplant.

Finally, for dessert, we propose Limoncino-Berry Salad, a perfect dessert option for those who want something sweet and refreshing. This dish is made by:

  • 500g of mixed berries, 
  • 30ml of Balsam Limoncino, 
  • 1 tbsp of sugar. 

 

Start by washing and hulling the berries. Then, toss them with the sugar and Balsam Limoncino. Serve as a dessert or as a topping for ice cream. The Balsam Limoncino adds a zesty and sweet flavor to the fresh berries, making it a perfect topping for ice cream or as a dessert. This dish is easy to make and can be enjoyed by everyone, even standing, making it a great option for parties, gatherings and events.
